My girls love snacking which works well to keep the calm. One is a big breakfast eater the other lunch, but both relish snack breaks through out the day!

I kind of agree that vitamins are not so important for kids. I do believe the Omega 3’s are a good addition to their diet.

A good balanced breakfast is really key in set the metabolism right for the day. From there if you keep your body balanced allot of the need for a vitamin will go away. To many people start their day with coffee and then crash mid morning and reach for quick sugars as a way to re-elevate.

I'm a believer in supplements. I started taking liquid vitamins 2 years ago and have seen a big jump in my energy levels and have noticed my hair and nails are much more healthy as well.

I to am a believer in natural sources for minerals and vitamins. A balanced diet of Organic foods should deliver you a well rounded supply.

If you can get your kids to go for a liquid multi, it works well. We put ours in juice and they have become very use to the flavor. I notice an increase in their staying power through out the day!

I tried mixing liquid multis into my kids juice, to no avail. I'll try some of the chew vitamins mentioned above.
