Healthy Mousse with Raspberries: (serves 4) 3 Avocados 3 Dates Carob (or cocoa) powder (to taste/1-2 Tbsp) Raspberries Optional: drizzle raw honey or maple syrup on top (but plenty sweet as is) In a VitaMix blender, process avocado, dates, and carob powder until smooth. Scoop into serving bowls. Top with raspberries in the shape of a smiley face. Yummy!

@Megan Myers - still looking for help to get recipe and photo uploaded, please. Is there a minimum photo size? Using a jpg file with no characters in the file name besides letters. Trying to figure out what the problem is. Any help?

One more question. Does water count as an ingredient for the 7-list restriction? :) Thank you!

I had issues submitting via the website as well. Would not let me upload the image, so thank your for providing an alternative way to submit the recipe. Just sent it to you! I see that the deadline is 6/15, but when do you anticipate the winners being announced? I apologize if that is listed and I somehow overlooked the information. Thanks

I guess I had a question about the contest. The rules say that the recipes have to highlight "fresh" berries. Does that mean that the berries have to be raw? Or can it be a recipe with cooked fresh berries? I honestly only use berries and fruits in cooked meals with meat, like turkey or chicken with berries. I'm not sure if I can come up with less than 7 ingredients. Pepper is considered a staple. Does that include lemon pepper?

Black and Blueberry Crumble - Freshly sliced pineapple sliced in small chunks with a little juice - 1 pint fresh blueberries - 1 pint fresh blackberries - 365 yellow cake mix - ¾ cup of chopped pecans - Drizzle Agave over the pecans - 1 stick melted butter Layer this recipe in the exact order. That’s it super easy and fast! Bake at 350 in a 13x9 pan for 30 minutes then poke with fork and continue to bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.

@Rhonda Yes, the e-mail address is the easiest way to get your image in if you're having issues uploading. We're working with our IT team to get the uploading problem resolved, but we don't know when it will be fixed. Thanks!

@Izabol Cooked berries are fine - we want to make sure you highlight fresh berries from the produce section, not frozen berries. Lemon pepper would be counted as an ingredient because it is a special spice blend rather than just pepper.

Since it was not made clear that each berry was a separate ingredient and I already submitted my recipe, can I submit another one?

LIGHT FRUIT CAKE Ingredients: 6 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 150 ml of oil 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon of powder for baking Fruit: fresh or frozen (I gave about 0.6 kg - frozen blueberries and cherries) 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (only if you divide the dough into 2 parts) The proteins separated from the yolks. Beat stiff, at the end of whipping gradually add sugar and beat. Add yolks, one by one, whisking. Pour oil, continue whisking. Sift flour with the powder - sieved, gently stir the dough. Pour batter into the mold 30 x 20 cm lined with baking paper (I had a smaller form, so the dough came out better). On top sprinkle the fruit. Bake at 170 º C for about 45 - 60 minutes (or even longer, the so-called. Dry stick). After cooling, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy :)

I would like to submit a recipe for the berry recipe contest. My question is, would do you consider philo dough or puff pastry an ingredient? I mean I would not be proposing to make philo or puff pastry from scratch in my recipe but I'd to know if I can use it as one of the ingredients. Delia
