Can you recommend some good ' gluten-free baking flour' for this recipe. I have seen some banana bread recipes with different types of alternative flours and some suggesting a blend.....as a newbie, I'd love to hear other people's suggestions on how different type of flours taste in the bread and how they cook etc. Thanks for the recipe...this looks sooo yummy!

OMG! My mom's b-day was today and some friends came over SO I couldn't find time to do anything with her. She misses bread and is a REALLY good baker but she couldn't find ANY recipes that worked. When I tried this recipe it tasted amaze!! Thank you so so so so so SSSOOOOOO much for this; SHE LOVED IT!!!

used banialla yo1/4 cup, yogurt , almost 1/2 cup organic brown sugar, 3 1/2 bananas, sprouted grain flour and almond meal mixed.
