In honor of Cinco de Mayo (the fifth of May), we’re sharing recipes inspired by Mexico’s savory cuisine. Need a reminder on the significance of this date? It’s the day Mexicans commemorate their 1862 defeat of the French army in the Battle of Puebla. I bought a prepared fruit salad called Mexican fruit salad. It had jicama, mango, cucumber and watermelon with spices. Could I get the recipe, it was fabulous!!!

@BARBARA - This sounds awesome! More than likely this was made in-house. Check with the store directly where you purchased this to see if they have a recipe to share!
