I began using apple cider vinegar to combat flakes and it's been working very well for me. Didn't know about avocado until the podcast. I have tightly coiled hair, so I'd like to try some avocado. Thanks for the podcasts. :)

I use to work handling hair coloring in a well known salon (which name will remain undisclosed). Several of my coworkers and I had negative responses and health issues after extended exposure to the heavy chemicals in traditional colors.
