I love anything with shrimp or salmon with a tasty sauce. Here's one of our favorites with salmon, pasta and a creamy wine sauce: http://eatlittleeatbig.blogspot.com/2011/01/recipe-for-salmon-and-peas-in-parmesan.html

I love seafood recipes. One my new favorites is Shrimp Scampi: http://doitthehardway.com/blog/?p=614 I live in Tennessee and it's not always easy to get good seafood. The best I've found in my area is the Franklin Whole Foods. It's always fresh and perfect!
