My burger consists of ground beef, garlic, cinnamon, onions and parsley and I top it off with sliced avocado (instead of mayo), sliced tomatoes, boston or butter lettuce, and fresh mozzarella!

Season burger meat (grass fed is best) with balsamic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form and grill to your liking. Top with gorgonzola, grilled, sliced pears, and put on a grilled bun that has been drizzled with a maple balsamic dressing. (3 parts EVOO, 2 parts balsamic, one part maple syrup, and half part dijon.)

I mix my organic ground beef with seasoning salt, cayenne pepper, barbeque sauce, chopped garlic, and fineley chopped onions. Then after grilling I top it with avacodo slices, lettuce, tomatoes, and another dab of barbeque sauce. I try to find a sweeter bun to use like Hawaiian rolls. I love hamburgers!!

As a British ex-pat I've always been partial to sausages. So I enjoy making my own Sausage Burgers. Ground sausage meat mixed with dried sage, breadcrumbs and seasoning, shaped into patties then grilled and served up on either a lightly toasted kaiser roll or English muffin, topped with red onion and sundried tomato mayo or English mustard mayo and a green salad on the side.

A great burger to me is more about how you season the meat because then no matter what you top it with it turns out great! If the weather is good smoking the meat is a must!!! Yum. My husband and I mix one part sausage to three parts beef. Call me simple but I enjoy melted cheddar cheese, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, sweet onions on a white bun. :)

5 pounds of grass fed beef. mix with fine chopped green onions, chives and parsley and 2 organic eggs. add some goat milk to it for additional flavor. add one garlic boursin to this mix and stir it good. make burgers of it and bake them in real butter (kerrygold grass fed butter preferred). once burgers are done you serve them on home made "bread" made with coconut flour (no grains). on bottom part bun you add 2 slices of imported dutch "graskaas" (grass cheese), then burger on top of it and the another 2 slices of imported dutch "graskaas". enjoy.

Everyone absolutely LOVES my teriyaki burgers. Ground beef is marinated with 1-2 Tbsp of oyster sauce (found from your local Asian market), minced brown onions, 1 egg (to keep moisture)and cracked black pepper. The buns are grilled with a light smear of mayonnaise around the edges to give it a crisp. Top bun in the following order: beef patty, baby swiss cheese, grilled red onions, sauted mushrooms, drizzle homemade teriyaki sauce (or a really good restaurant bought sauce), slice of tomato, and butter lettuce. I kid you not, people will go crazy over this!

Our family favorite: Balsamic marinated portobello mushroom grilled to perfection. Basil-walnut pesto (or Bear Pond Cilantro Pesto for a speedy shortcut), fresh mozzarella and a ripe tomato on toasted english muffin. A perfect blend of flavors!
