In our attempts to eat a more healthy diet we've switched to eating chicken, turkey, fish or meatless many nights a week and eating beef only once a week. So we use lots of chicken broth in sauces & soups. Buying organic has also become a real focus for us. Switching to a healthier diet means living longer to enjoy our three grandsons! Enjoyed the article! K

With a case, I could make so many things. Soup mostly comes to mind, but adding broth to mashed potatoes also adds flavor. With all of this cold weather, I'd use it to cook comfort food!

I'd love a whole case so I can re-do my first attempt at making risotto! It may take a whole case to finally perfect it.

I absolutely love to make soup on a cold day like we've been having for the past couple of weeks. One of my family's favorite soups is french onion. I can't spill on the whole recipe as it is a family one that was passed down to me, but I will tell some... Instead of using the traditional beef broth, I swap in chicken broth for a lighter flavor. Also, upon completing the soup on top of the stove, it is an absolute must that it is served with toasted bread in the bottom of the soup bowl and a slice of Swiss cheese broiled on top. Mmmmmmm!!!!!! That hits the spot!

I use kosher chicken broth when i make soups I will serve with a meat meal or when i make matzo ball soup. A favorite soup recipe a friend gave me is for carrot soup-5 lbs. carrots added to sauteed onion and sauteed ginger and then broth and liquify in blender after fully cooked.

I would use this chicken broth in a number of recipes, as I'm doing Weight Watchers and the broth is used in quite a few of them. My health is very important and this program is working for me very nicely. Once I've reached my goal weight, I will continue on this program and, of course, continue to use this Chicken Broth. I'm retired and on a fixed monthly, and a case would last a long time and help me save money to be used on other health related items. Lois

I've been experimenting with soups lately (Chicken Almond Buter soup, broccoli soup), so broth would be well used! I've also recently found a really good quinoa salad recipe and while it calls for water, I think the chicken broth adds much more flavor.

Chicken broth is versatile for oh so many dishes--chicken and dumplings from the crock pot, couscous, chow mein. A case of organic, kosher broth would inspire experimenting with some new recipes!

I love chicken broth. For a very quick meal, to chicken broth I add fresh baby spinach, chicken or tofu and some leftovers. And if I win a case of it I'll share some with my mother and friends. Great way to earn points... :)

I love this broth - my family uses it all year long, In the winter to make chicken soup to warm up, at Passover for Matzoh ball soup (YUMMY!), for risotto, and it helps to make awsome mashed potatoes. This is always in my pantry and we can always use more.

I do keep kosher and am so happy that you now are stocking Kosher chicken broth. If I don't have time to make homemade it is a great starting point to make "wedding soup".

Comfort foods, hearty soups, and one dish wonders almost always start with a good base of vegetable or chicken broth. In these frigid temperatures in upstate NY (the Catskills-the borscht belt!), I could USE a case of organic broth. And kosher, too? Bring it on!!! Thanks for the opportunity.

I use this chicken broth for stir frys. Makes perfect sauces for the vegies when not combined in the dish. Also chicken and potatos gravied. My daughter also likes me to heat and add a beat egg to make a form of egg drop soup. Then everybodys favorite soups.
