Great follow up for the first wellness podcast. WE have been taking wellness formula, and the kids have actually become use to the flavor.

Good to hear I have some natural options for my family. I feel like we as a culture have become out of touch with our bodies and natural responses to dealing with colds.

I really applaud the work your store does, both in making healthy food and products available, but also in providing online education-information. Thank You!

Vitamin C seems to be the end all be all for humans and animals. Very powerful, indeed. Good to note that prevention is key with colds, once your immune system is down it is so much more work to get back in shape.

I really appreciate all of the info you present in these podcasts, but I have trouble remembering all of the names of herbs and supplements which are listed. Any chance you have a list on the website or in the store?

Esther C is very easy for the body to integrate, I believe it is the best way to absorb vitamin C. I have trouble taking multivitamins, even after food they upset my stomach, it seems like herbs are much easier on my system and kidneys.

Very cool series! It has been a barn burner of a cold season already :( It is good if we all support our immune system, the less colds the herd carries the healthy we all are.

Considering how brutal this flu season already is, I would suggest any prevention and immune boosting is a great move.

I believe a good multi throughout the year is invaluable. It just helps to keep your system balanced out. I like that stress as a negative factor is mentioned.

Very hip podcast/topic. My kids have all been sick this year. We are solid on vitamins and wellness formula and it seems like their systems are returning to normal. I appreciate the idea of being active with immune support prior to illness.

Vitamin C, is so beneficial for our bodies and immune system. It is tricky in fall and winter when natural sources such as citrus are out of season.

I can't shake a cold I've had for about 3 weeks now. It started as the flu and has been getting worse and worse since. I see your point about building up the immune system prior to getting sick... next time :(

I've always wondered if there is any truth to the old adage that a small sip of brandy and hot water before bed is helpful for fighting off colds. I wouldn't expect that Whole Foods good endorse this, but curious non the less.

Glad you mentioned the most simple, free, way to avoid illness- washing your hands! To many kids at our school wipe their noses in their hands then hug each other, cute , but brutal for spreading colds.

It is a joke at our house, that although I keep my blood clean with a massive amount of ginger and garlic, I may be also destroying the fauna in my digestive track. Guess I need to beef up the probiotic intake to offset the madness.
