How we are serving our customers

  • Effective July 20, Whole Foods Market requires all customers to wear face coverings while shopping in our stores to protect the health and safety of our Team Members and communities. Whole Foods Market provides face masks at the entrance of all stores for customers who do not have their own face covering.

  • Effective December 16, Customers with a medical or other exemption will be required to wear a face shield or participate in a brief medical screening before entering the store.

  • All Whole Foods Market stores have dedicated shopping hours to service customers who are 60 years and older (70+ years old U.K.), those with disabilities and those who the CDC defines as high risk. Find your local store’s hours here.

  • Select Whole Foods Market locations in the U.S. have dedicated hours for grocery pickup reserved for Prime members 60 years and older, those with disabilities and those who the CDC defines as high risk.

  • We have quickly expanded our list of stores that offer grocery pickup. Visit your local store page for pickup availability and start shopping online today.

  • Some Whole Foods Market stores will operate on limited hours or close to the public in order to focus on fulfilling delivery orders and better serve the community.

  • We are partnering with Amazon in expanding capacity to service more Prime Members with free, two-hour grocery delivery and door drop service from Whole Foods Market in more than 2,000 cities and towns.
