Want to look sparkly for holiday parties without blowing your budget on a fancy salon? With a little DIY ingenuity, you can create festive nail art in the comfort of your own home. Step 1. Choose two complementary polishes, such as Mineral Fusion Cascade and Mineral Fusion Berried Gem.
Step 2. Start with clean, dry nails. Apply Mineral Fusion Strengthening Base Coat and allow to dry.
Step 3. Apply 1–2 coats of Mineral Fusion Cascade, drying in between layers.
Step 4. Using Mineral Fusion Berried Gem, make a diagonal stroke from one side of the base to tip. Repeat on the other side, leaving a peekaboo triangle of the base polish at the nail bed.
Step 5. Use a toothpick dipped in polish to fix any gaps or shaky lines. Clean up any polish on your skin with a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover.
Step 6. Once design is dry, apply Mineral Fusion Top Coat.
