Our cooking camp is a fun way for kids to spend time working in peer groups. Our instructors teach kids valuable skills that they can carry with them through life.
On Monday we start with the foundation of kitchen and knife safety, proper food handling, and hygiene, measuring, and making healthful snacks.  Children practice basic math when they measure ingredients, reading comprehension as they follow a recipe, team building as they work in groups, and they also build a strong foundation for healthful cooking and eating. All of these skills are mixed in with delicious recipes and fun.  We eat what we cook. Recipes supplied.  Registration online here. (registration fees may apply)

Note: Students are required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back.

The Annapolis Culinary Center offers a variety of classes with various dietary needs. However, many of our classes have pre-fix menus and are unable to accommodate substitutions. We are not a gluten free kitchen. Despite taking every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our items are free from trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish or other allergens.
