The Whole Kids Club Presents...Bake with Your Kids: Holiday Cookies- Session III- SOLD OUT!

Cooking Classroom, $30 per family

This class will be taught by Chef Ani. Mixing up, rolling out, cutting out, baking and icing cookies with your kids can be so much fun, but oh, the mess. No problem- you can use our kitchen! In this fun family class, we’ll make homemade sugar cookies from start to finish. You’ll have many cookies to take home and enjoy, and no mess to clean up! Parents, please note: this is not a drop-off class. At least one parent is required to participate in the class. Due to space restrictions, each family reservation is limited to four people. Please indicate in your registration how many people will be attending. All supplies are included, but please feel free to bring favorite cookie cutters from home if you so desire. Pre-registration is required.

Date Night: Prime Rib- SOLD OUT!

Cooking Classroom, $40 per person

This class will be taught by Chef Jeremy. Certainly one of America’s favorite dinner offerings, the prime rib roast has taken center stage at many a buffet. No longer does this delicacy have to be only for dining out on special occasions. In this class you will learn how to select and cook prime rib in the comfort of your own home, complete with flavorful au jus and paired with classic sides you’re sure to love. We’ll teach you the trick to building a great salt crust, a technique that will give you juicy, succulent meat. Additional lessons in this class include how to build a potato gratin, work with seasonal fruit, and build a great homemade vinaigrette.  This class has gluten free options available upon request (please specify when registering). This class cannot offer vegetarian or vegan options. This class has hands on opportunities as desired. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:

  • Salt Crusted Prime Rib Roast served with Rosemary Au Jus
  • Mixed Greens with Reduced Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Wisconsin Style Scalloped Potatoes with Four Cheeses
  • Sautéed Spinach with Garlic, White Wine and Lemon
  • Inside-Out Apple Crisp with French Vanilla Ice Cream
