How can I use my Prime membership at Whole Foods Market?

1. More savings. Prime members receive special deals throughout the store, plus an extra 10% off hundreds of sale items at Whole Foods Market®. Store signage indicates which products feature savings for Prime members. Blue sale signs indicate special deals only available to Prime members. Yellow signs on existing sale items indicate that Prime members get an extra 10% off those items (excluding alcohol). 2. Grocery Delivery. Customers who are Prime members can go to Prime Now on amazon.com or the Amazon Prime Now mobile app, select their zip code, add items to a virtual cart, and then choose a delivery window and check out. 3. Rewards points. To earn rewards points, use the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card at checkout. Eligible Prime members will earn 5% Back and cardmembers without an eligible Prime membership will earn 3% Back on purchases made at Whole Foods Market stores, shop.wholefoodsmarket.com and Whole Foods Market 365™ locations. I’m a Prime member. How do I make sure I get my exclusive savings at Whole Foods Market?

To take advantage of the savings, download the latest version of the Whole Foods Market app, sign in with your Amazon account, then scan the QR code in the app at the register. Or, provide the verified mobile phone number associated with your Amazon Prime account at checkout. Please note you must verify your phone number either in the Whole Foods Market app or on amazon.com/primesavings to enable your savings at checkout.

I’m a Prime member but didn’t get the additional savings. Can you help?

How do I change my order?

Changes can be made to orders up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling our Customer Care team at 1-844-936-2428.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling our Customer Care team at 1-844-936-2428. Please note that we can’t offer refunds for orders either canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or for orders that are not picked up.

Is nutritional information available for items on the menu?

Yes! After selecting your store and clicking on an item from the menu, you'll find nutritional information beneath the Details section. Please note that we are not able to accommodate guests with food allergies or modify dishes to meet special dietary needs. Due to shared production areas and the possibility of cross contact, be aware that products may contain allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish. Can I make a special request?

Part of my order is missing! What should I do?

Oh, no! We're sorry there was a problem with your order. Please reach out to your local Whole Foods Market store as soon as possible so they can help make it right.

Will my order be ready-to-serve when I pick it up?

All items in your order are refrigerated, so they are cold when you pick them up. However, reheating instructions are included. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging, while others may require a pot, pan or baking sheet.

Product Information

What is your allergen labeling policy in the U.S. and Canada?

Allergens present in the ingredients of a 365 Everyday Value® or Whole Foods Market™ product will be called out by their common or usual name on the label, as required by law. This includes calling out any common allergens that may be present in natural flavors or spices. We collect information from our vendors about those allergens present in the facility that have been identified and listed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. If an ingredient has not been designated as a common allergen by the FDA or CFIA, suppliers of our 365 Everyday Value® or Whole Foods Market™ brand products are not required to let us know whether it is present in the facility. We recommend reviewing the product label for the most accurate information and speaking to your doctor about whether a product is appropriate for you or your family member.

If you have a question about a product other than a 365 Everyday Value® or Whole Foods Market™, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Due to the possibility of cross contact associated with bulk products (which are products sold in bins by the pound), prepared foods and baked goods, salad bars, hot bars and in-store eating venues, people with food-ingredient allergies should not consume these products.

Where can I get more information about a product recall?

You can check up-to-date information regarding class 1 recalls that affect Whole Foods Market stores in the U.S. For any other recall information, we recommend checking foodsafety.org, which provides food safety and food recall information from both FDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Where can I find inventory information or request a new product?

Because many of our products are sourced locally and selection varies by store, we do not have full product inventory or prices available online or on the mobile app at this time. Featured sale items, however, are available on the mobile app. If you have questions about products and prices at your local store, please call the store directly. How can a product from another country be labeled “USDA Organic?"

The USDA requires that all products sold as organic in the U.S. be certified to the rigorous standards set by the U.S. National Organic Program regardless of where they are grown or processed. This means that an operation growing or producing organic products for export to the U.S. must be monitored and inspected by an accredited certifying agent and is subject to the same monitoring as an organic producer in the U.S.

Store Information

How can I return or exchange a product?

If you would like to return or exchange a product and made the purchase in one of our stores, please go to your local store and visit their customer service desk. If you would like a refund for a product that was not to your satisfaction, you will need to have your receipt as proof of purchase. Then call our Customer Care team at 1-844-WFM-TALK or complete the form on the Contact Us page. Please note that time limits may apply. In addition, refunds for beer, wine and liquor are frequently subject to state or local restriction and can only be performed at the store.

If you made your purchase through amazon.com, contact Amazon's Customer Care team. For purchases made through another third-party partner like Google, Instacart or Shipt, please contact that business directly for help.

If I buy a case of a product, can I get a discount?

In many situations, yes! We offer a 10% discount on most complete, single-variety cases. However, 365 Everyday Value® products, Three Wishes wines and products on sale are not eligible for the case discount due to their already low prices. Case discounts may not be applied to orders from Whole Foods Market on Prime Now.

Can I get a rain check for a sale product that is out of stock?

Sorry, no. As noted in our emails, advertisements and other promotional materials, we do not offer rain checks for out-of-stock products in our stores.

What is your policy on service animals in stores?

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are welcome in our stores. People with service animals are not required to carry special identification. As retailers, we are only permitted to ask if the animal is a service animal and what service the animal is trained to provide. A person with a disability will not be asked to remove the service animal from our stores unless the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or if the dog is not housebroken.

What is your parking policy?

To ensure adequate parking for our shoppers, there is a strict parking policy at many of our stores. If your car was booted or ticketed in our lot, we're happy to see if our store can work with the parking company on a resolution. It may be helpful in arranging a refund.

How do I check the balance on a Whole Foods Market® gift card?

You can check the balance on your gift card 3 ways:
1. Online. Visit the Gift Cards section of our website. Then, under "Manage Your Gift Cards", enter your card number and PIN.
2. On the phone. Call 1-866-936-2255.
3. In store. Ask a team member at checkout for help or visit the customer service desk.

Can I use an Amazon gift card at Whole Foods Market stores?

Sorry, Amazon gift cards are not accepted at Whole Foods Market stores.

Can I use Whole Foods Market gift cards at Whole Foods Market 365™ stores?

Good news! Whole Foods Market and Whole Foods Market 365 gift cards can be used at both Whole Foods Market stores and Whole Foods Market 365 stores.

Can I redeem Whole Foods Market gift cards online?

Sorry, gift cards cannot be used for online purchases including catering and meals on wholefoodsmarket.com or grocery delivery through Prime Now and other third-party partners.

What is the maximum dollar amount of gift cards I can order?

The total amount of all the gift cards you order at one time cannot exceed $1,000.

Do you offer discounts for bulk gift card purchases?

Yes, we do have a corporate gift card program, and discounts are available for high volume purchases. In addition, we also offer discounts to schools and non-profits through our non-profit fundraising program.

Sorry, no. We guard them just like Grandma guards the recipe for her gingersnap cookies. If you're looking for inspiration, the good news is that the ingredients for each dish are listed next to the item in the store. Plus, we have thousands of recipes on our website when you're hungry for more meal ideas.

How do I sign into the Whole Foods Market mobile app?

You can sign into the Whole Foods Market app using your Amazon account. Select the "Sign In" option from the "Account" tab and sign in using the email address and password associated with your Amazon account.

I can’t access my Amazon account. Help!

How do I create an Amazon account?

You can create an Amazon account within the Whole Foods Market app by tapping "Sign in with Amazon" and then "Create an Account". Note: An Amazon Prime account is required to receive Prime savings at Whole Foods Market stores.

I'm a Prime member, and I don't see the Prime Code in my app. Can you help?
