Icelandic-style strained yogurt (traditionally called "skyr") pairs well with berries and granola in simple breakfast parfaits.
Ingredients: 
  • 4 containers vanilla Icelandic yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
