Asparagus has become one of our favorite ways of welcoming spring, and it’s no wonder. Asparagus recipes run the gamut from breakfast to dinner, and their fresh and earthy flavor makes them a great pairing for a variety of preparations.
Don’t be intimidated by these slender stalks — they require only minimal preparation especially when it comes to grilling or roasting. Thinner stalks work best in salad recipes, while we like to roast the thicker stalks with plenty of cheese, garlic or spicy chiles.
