Plus, it’s easily available in stores, both fresh at the seafood counter, vacuum-packed in individual portions or sold in family packs to feed everyone. If buying fresh, be sure to use it the same day or the next day. Thaw frozen tilapia filets in the refrigerator overnight, and they will be ready to cook when you get home from work!
